(Mexico City, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Alan Ochoa, Commercial Manager of Dinamo Slots, shares his vision of the company's successful participation in GAT Expo Mexico 2025. In this interview, he analyzes the results obtained, contact with potential clients and strategic partners, and the company's plans to continue innovating in the Latin American market.

To began with this exclusive interview, we asked Alan Ochoa, Commercial Manager of Dinamo Slots, how would you rate your experience at this edition of GAT Mexico?

We would describe our experience at GAT Mexico 2025 as highly positive and strategic. We believe this edition far surpassed the 2024 event in Cancun, both in terms of organization and the quality of the attendees. The fair managed to bring together a significantly larger number of visitors and, most importantly for us, attracted a profile of attendees much closer to our commercial objectives. This allowed us to have direct contact with potential clients and strategic partners, which we consider a great opportunity to continue consolidating our presence in the Mexican market. Ultimately, it was an event that allowed us to strengthen relationships, generate new connections, and establish a more solid presence in the region.

How would you describe your company's participation in the fair?

Dinamo's participation was very fruitful and enriching. Not only did we consolidate our position as a leading supplier of used slot machines in the region, but we were also able to showcase the added value we offer: experience, support, and solutions tailored to each client's needs. The space allowed us to interact with operators, suppliers, and authorities, which expanded our reach and visibility in a highly competitive environment. This fair gave us the opportunity to reinforce our commitment to the market, strengthening our reach with current and potential clients.

From your perspective, what opportunities and challenges do you currently see in the Mexican gaming and betting market?

We see a Mexican market with enormous opportunities for growth and professionalization. At Dinamo, we believe we can greatly enhance these opportunities through our "Dinamo Juntos" program, an initiative that seeks to work closely with operators, offering tailored solutions and generating added value in each project. We are convinced that there is still significant room to improve processes, optimize theater operations, and support customers with products and services that truly meet their needs.

Regarding challenges, the main one is achieving a firm foothold in the Mexican market, positioning ourselves as the most committed company to the refurbished slot machine segment. This involves not only maintaining the quality and reliability that characterize us, but also expanding our customer base, reaching those operators with whom we do not yet work. The goal is clear: continue building long-term relationships based on trust, performance, and results, so that Dinamo becomes an undisputed leader in the sector.

What is your company's position and reach in Mexico and Latin America, and how are you looking to consolidate your presence?

Today, Dinamo is in a strong position in Mexico, with a client base that fully trusts us and to whom we provide comprehensive service, addressing 100% of their needs. Our commitment is reflected in our close relationship with operators, our rapid response, and our ability to offer tailored solutions that strengthen their daily operations.

In Latin America, we are undergoing a phase of strategic expansion. While we already have a presence in Argentina and Mexico, we are taking the first steps to consolidate our presence in other markets in the region. We are currently developing plans to establish bases in strategic locations, which will allow us to be closer to customers, increase our operations, and position ourselves as a reliable partner for operators seeking efficiency, support, and experience in the used and refurbished slot machine segment.

Our goal is clear: to consolidate Dinamo as a regional leader, building on our 15-plus-year track record and a strategy that combines local experience, regional vision, and a total commitment to the industry.

What objectives did you achieve at this edition of the event, and what are your short- and medium-term goals in the local and regional markets?

At this edition of GAT Mexico, we were able to present Dinamo Slots as a solid, constantly growing company fully committed to its customers. The event allowed us to strengthen our visibility in the Mexican market, strengthen relationships with our current partners, and project new business opportunities with operators interested in reliable solutions in the refurbished slots segment.

In the short term, our goal is to expand our operations to new strategic locations in Latin America, complementing our already established presence in Mexico and Argentina. We want to be closer to operators and directly support their projects in emerging markets.

In the medium term, we aspire to become the leading company in Latin America within the refurbished slot machine segment, standing out not only for the quality of our products but also for the reliability, support, and commitment we offer in every transaction.
