ICE Barcelona 2026 was a very strong and meaningful event for Amusnet, particularly from a LatAm commercial perspective. explains Daniel De Los Rios, head of commercial and marketing in latam at Amusnet and adds"The exhibition enabled us to combine brand visibility with concrete business development, which is exactly what we aim to achieve at events of this scale.

From a commercial standpoint, we had a consistently busy stand, a full meeting schedule, and very productive conversations with both existing partners and new prospects from Latin America. As our focus is the entire Latam market, the show confirmed that Amusnet is increasingly recognised in the region as a reliable, long-term partner, not just a content supplier. In terms of opportunities, ICE helped accelerate ongoing negotiations and opened new doors in markets where we are actively expanding or strengthening our footprint".


The audience at ICE

"The audience was excellent. We met decision-makers, senior executives, and key stakeholders, particularly from LatAm markets such as Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, and Central America.

What stood out was the maturity of the conversations. Many of the contacts were not exploratory, and this allowed us to move quickly into discussions about localisation, performance expectations, promotional tools, and long-term growth strategies, rather than just product overviews".


Amusnet products for LatAm

"For the LatAm audience, interest was clearly focused on high-performing online slots, Live Casino content, our Bonus Platform, and land-based solutions, all adapted to regional player preferences and operational realities.

Our series-led slot titles, particularly those featuring Buy Bonus options, fast-paced gameplay, jackpot mechanics, and the Crash Games, generated very strong feedback. These mechanics resonate especially well with LatAm players, who value dynamic gameplay, clear reward structures, and frequent engagement moments.

Live Casino was another major highlight. Titles with strong visual identity, immersive themes, and entertainment-driven formats attracted operators looking to increase engagement and session time, particularly in regulated and newly regulating markets across the region.

At the same time, there was growing interest in our land-based portfolio, especially from operators seeking to modernise their casino floors. Our premium cabinets, flexible configurations, and proven jackpot solutions were well received, as they offer strong performance, high visibility, and the ability to adapt to different venue formats common in Latin America.

Additionally, our Bonus Platform sparked significant interest. Operators appreciated the flexibility of tools such as Free Spins, Buy Bonus campaigns, and time-based promotional mechanics, which are essential in LatAm for acquisition, retention, and competitive differentiation in both online and live environments."


Trends or debates  at ICE Barcelona 2026 

"One key trend is the shift toward performance-driven, locally relevant content. Operators are no longer looking for volume alone because they want games and tools that can be adapted to specific player behaviours, payment habits, and regulatory requirements.

Another important topic was responsible growth in regulated environments, especially relevant for LatAm as more markets move toward regulation. This includes discussions around certification, compliance, and long-term sustainability.

Finally, there is a growing focus on promotional flexibility and player engagement tools, where bonus mechanics and Live Casino formats play a strategic role in standing out in increasingly competitive markets"

 

After attending the event, what are the company’s main strategic priorities for this year? Are you preparing the launch of new products or developments and in what areas will you be focused?

"Our main priority for the year is to continue strengthening our position in LatAm through tailored content and closer partnerships, helping operators to achieve their goals. This includes expanding our certified portfolio, launching new slot titles aligned with regional preferences, and further developing our Live Casino offering.

We are also investing heavily in promotional and engagement tools, ensuring that our partners can execute more personalised and effective campaigns. From a commercial perspective, we are focused on deepening existing partnerships while selectively onboarding new operators that share a long-term vision".


To finish,  Do you plan to address new markets or strengthen your presence in key jurisdictions during 2026? What factors influence that decision?

"Yes, absolutely. In 2026, our strategy is twofold: strengthening our presence in whole LatAm countries.

Our decisions are influenced by several factors: regulatory stability, market size, partner readiness, and player demand. We prioritise markets where we can offer not just games, but a complete value proposition, including localisation, compliance, promotional tools, and long-term support.

LatAm remains a strategic growth region for Amusnet, and ICE Barcelona 2026 clearly confirmed that we are moving in the right direction".
