At recent SAGSE, Digitain fortified its presence, fostering dialogue with current partners while forging new alliances crucial for long-term success, including the upcoming 2024 Copa América, that according to Ani Mkrtchyan, the Chief Sales Officer at Digitain, is a great opportunity to provide personalized content, fostering player engagement and retention.
What motivated you to participate in SAGSE this year, and what do you hope to achieve with your presence at the show?
Digitain is an established and trustful technology provider in the Latin American market with significant growth statistics due to solid partnerships in the region as well as market specific product and service offerings. Attendance to SAGSE is strategically important to achieve our vision of further expansion into Latin American market, also for the purpose of keeping regular dialogue with current partners to be close to their needs and for obtaining valuable acquaintances for long term partnerships.

How do you think your product or service can help address the specific challenges faced by the gaming industry in Argentina?
With over 20 years of experience in the iGaming industry and multiple industry B2B awards, Digitain has established itself as a leader and trustful technology partner within various jurisdictions.

That, coupled with our local knowledge, allows us to deliver localised and customised solutions, web, mobile, and retail, that meet the operators requirements within that market but, at the same time, allow them to scale their business as their brand expands to other Latin American markets.

What trends are you noticing in terms of market demand in the region, and how are you responding to those trends?
The key trends are operator brands expect more localisation from their technology partners and, by that, betting content that is relevant to local markets. For example, the up-and-coming 2024 Copa América, which is the 48th edition of the Copa América, presents an ideal opportunity to acquire, retain, and activate players. As a business, we have over 1,000 in-house traders across multiple sports and, therefore, can provide a lot of localised markets pre-match, in-play, and specials for this tournament.
Digitain can deliver that both on the product front-end experience and the betting content delivery – so personalisation and localisation are essential prerequisites of a strong and flourishing relationship between operator and supplier.

What other upcoming events are you planning to participate?
Digitain’s Latin American team has quite a tough schedule this year. We are attending GAT Cartagena, SiGMA Americas, the Peru Gaming Show, and many more international and regional shows. It will be a busy time for our team, but we look forward to meeting existing partners and new operators at these forthcoming shows.
