Exclusive preview ahead of SAGSE 2024: Mercado Gaming previews the launch of its latest technology validator UBA Pro

(Buenos Aires, SoloAzar Exclusive).- On Wednesday 20 and Thursday 21 March, SAGSE will take place at the Hilton Hotel in Buenos Aires. Prior to its start, SoloAzar interviewed Juan Pablo Farcuh, sales and marketing director at Mercado Gaming, official distributor of JCM Global for Argentina, Chile and Paraguay, who told us about the launch of the UBA Pro validator, the new generation of JCM Global family equipment. He also mentioned his expectations for this 2024 edition of the fair.

Juan Pablo Farcuh gives us a preview of the novelties that will be presented at the tradeshow: "this time at SAGSE 2024 we are launching together with JCM the NEW UBA Pro Validator, which is a new technology that replaces UBA10. The market was waiting for a new equipment from JCM Global, which is a world leader in cash validation".

"The UBA Pro is a new generation of equipment from the JCM Global family," Juan Pablo begins by detailing and explaining its features. "It uses the best and most advanced validation technology such as dual scanners which allows a high acceptance rate, as well as the possibility to read banknotes and TITOs in any of the positions they enter", he continues. "In addition, it has a roller system, the same used in the high transaction rate financial sector, eliminates belts, and protects the gears with acrylic dust covers".

Regarding the characteristics of the UBA Pro, the Commercial and Marketing Director of Mercado Gaming, points out the following: "Another very important point is that the head is 100% compatible with the skeleton, box, nozzle and cables of the UBA10, so the customer can quickly update their room just by changing the head WITHOUT the need for any configuration, that is, open the cabinet, remove the UBA10 head, place the UBA Pro head, close the slot and continue operating normally".

In relation to the objective and expectations they have in this edition of the event, Juan Pablo comments: "we hope that our customers in Argentina, Chile and Paraguay can test and incorporate this new equipment by updating their UBA10, and taking their operation to the next level, with the most advanced equipment of its generation, which, added to the possibility of only changing the head, the investment is lower and the speed of updating the room is immediate".

Finally, Juan Pablo, told us that they are working with JCM Global in the development of customised events for their clients, continuing with the firm's goal, which focuses on the one-to-one personal relationship with the customer: "Our intention is to focus on social events and the generation of human value, creating long-term ties, which are not only commercial ties, but personal ties, which last over time," he explains.

"Mercado Gaming prioritises the added value of human value, its resources and after-sales relations, as well as training for our direct and indirect clients," concludes Juan Pablo Farcuh.
