Experts from the Gaming Industry meet at CGS Brazil to analyze the Government's Provisional Measure and its Impact on the Sector

In this edition, the focus is on discussing the aspects of the Provisional Measure signed by President Lula da Silva on July 25, 2023, MP that modifies Federal Law No. 13,756, published in 2018, which regulates the operation of the so-called “fixed odds lotteries”, better known as “bets”. There are currently more than 240 requested amendments, and they must be resolved within a period that is no longer 120 days.
