(Valencia, SoloAzar Exclusive).- After the closing of the last edition of Expojoc, held in Valencia, SoloAzar interviewed exclusively José Ferrer, organizer of the show, who assured that the expectations regarding the event were exceeded.
What were the highlights of this edition of Expojoc?
The highlights were bringing together a large number of public come from all parts of Spain and other countries, have 38 first level exhibitors, attract regulators and authorities of five Autonomous Communities and representation of the DGOJ (Directorate General of Planning of the Game), collect 7 projects in our Idea-JOC startups contest and enable the premiere in Spain of firms such as Yggdrasil and Ensico, for example.
Were expectations met?
More than being fulfilled, they were overcome. We are very satisfied with the response from the public, which shows that EXPOJOC is an established event with great convening power.
What was the most highlighted in this edition?
What stands out is the product exhibited by the stands and the conferences and workshops. There has been a product of all kinds aimed at all gaming segments (multi-game machines, paying machines, jackpot systems, furniture, videobingo, technology for casinos, roulettes, salon machines, etc.) and conferences and tables have addressed current issues as digital means of payment, biometrics, social casinos, etc.
What was the feedback received from both exhibitors and visitors?
The feedback in general is very positive. It has been noted the satisfaction of having participated in this fair and the excellent organization of it.
Do you have a date for next year?
We still do not have a date but we will announce it shortly. Of course, EXPOJOC 2019 will try to be equal or better than this year's edition.
