(Sao Paulo, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Jean-Luc Ferrière, Managing Director Americas at Fast Track granted an interview to SoloAzar in which he talked about the presence of the company at the SIGMA AMERICAS-BiS, held from June 14 to 18 in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He said it was the first time of the firm at the event. Fast Track, the only engagement platform for iGaming, has recently opened an office in Miami, Mr. Ferrière added. Also, along the interview he highlighted how incredibly useful was the event, spending time with existing partners and making future clients for their iGaming CRM and engagement platform.
How did you experience the five days of the tradeshow and how was the firm´s performance?
This was our first time in Brazil and at this show. We found the event incredibly useful, both in terms of gaining a broader knowledge of the Brazilian market, but also spending time with our existing partners and meeting so many new people.
What were the topics that most caught your attention during the event?
There is an overall optimism and positive outlook for the future of the industry, which was great to see. Working closely with our friends at Greco, it was also clear that the Brazilian market presents unique challenges and opportunities in creating the most engaging player experiences, closely coupled with a need to ensure risk mitigations and protections are in place to help operators keep their businesses healthy.
Considering that in Brazil, gambling is not yet regularized, what are the company's perspectives on this debate?
It is not our place to comment on the state of any one particular country's regulatory process. We know how complicated this can all be and how important it is to get things right for each particular circumstance. However, as a technology partner focused specifically on this industry and with a global footprint of customers of all shapes and sizes, we are here, ready to support a robust and sustainable market, and one that is beneficial to all involved parties.
Why are you interested in the Brazilian market and what are your company's plans for the Brazilian market?
We are on a mission to digitalise the iGaming industry and deliver the first self-learning engagement platform. This mission is core to everything we do and is universally applicable. We see great scope to work with partners around the world to help them drive their business goals. This is no different in Brazil, where we are very well-placed to make a real difference in how operators execute their CRM and engagement strategies. Even more so with our new offices in Miami, allowing us to provide fully in-region and timezone support and services to our partners here.
Can you tell us about your plans for expansion in Latin America?
As mentioned, we have recently established an office in Miami, which will specifically be used to support the operations of our in-region partners. We are here to stay and look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with the Latin American market.
