(Las Vegas, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Nadia Popova, Chief Revenue Officer ; VP Sales & Marketing at Euro Games Technology (EGT) spoke exclusively with SoloAzar after her participation in the last edition of G2E Las Vegas, which this year returned to the presence.
How was your experience being in a face-to-face event after so long?
It exceeded all expectations, I am very happy to say. G2E was vibrant, dynamic and full of pleasant encounters. Our team was very excited to meetthe clients in person once again. Despite all the difficulties with traveling the number of attendees exceeded expectations. To summarize it all – it was a very successful show for us. We closed a good number of deals and it felt like operating at full capacity again.
What were the highlights of G2E 2021?
I can surely point out the impressive number of people attending, considering all restrictions,as well as the dynamicspirit of the event itself. There weremany operatorsfrom North America, Mexico, the Caribbean, and LatAm.
What feedback did you receive from your customers and visitors in general?
Our single-monitor cabinets from the General series drew serious interest, paired with our latest Asian-themed jackpotsand the new High Cash jackpot system. We also introduced a bar-top Multiplayer station, which received a lot of praise. A brand-new highlight were the latest software products, developed by our EGT Digital subsidiary. We’ve got operators covered with everything from a variety of digital offerings to a single complete solution platform.
What are the main objectives of the company for the rest of this year and 2022?
EGT is mainly looking to strengthen its positions in Africa and LATAM, expand in Spain, France and other European markets, continue our successful course of introducing our products and services in Asia, which is a relatively new market for us. ‘The best is yet to come’ is exactly how we feel at the moment.
