(Amsterdam).- The 2021 edition of the co-located iGB Live!/iGB Affiliate Amsterdam (28 September – 1 October, RAI, Amsterdam) has registered some of the highest satisfaction ratings of any business-to-business exhibition, according to independent research conducted by Explori on behalf of brand owner Clarion Gaming.

The overall satisfaction rating for the event from exhibitors, sponsors and attendees delivered a result in the top 2% of any event ever measured by Explori. The research also recorded a Net Promoter Score, which measures the likelihood of a participant recommending the event to a business colleague based on their at-show experience - of +55 for visitors (+36: 2019) and +60 for exhibitors and sponsors (+23: 2019). According to Explori the metrics and Key Performance Indicator ratings place the 2021 edition of iGB Live!/iGB Affiliate Amsterdam among the top 10 percent of events benchmarked with visitors and in the elite top 3 percent for exhibitors.

Naomi Barton, Clarion Gaming Portfolio Director responsible for delivering iGB Live!/iGB Affiliate Amsterdam believes the record scores reflect on its community of stakeholders as well as the organising team behind the brands. She stated: "I am delighted that we have been able to produce an event that delivered so effectively on behalf of our customers. To be among the top 10 percent for visitors and top 3 percent for exhibitors is a fantastic achievement, and demonstrates the true business value that our clients have obtained from these events".

She added: "We were the first major gaming exhibition to return after lockdown which represented its own challenges, but which we were able to navigate thanks to the support of our customers, the team at the RAI and the 'whatever it takes' attitude of the Clarion team. I'm delighted that against every single metric researched by Explori we were able to build on the success of the 2019 editions. Our challenge is to take this momentum forward into February's edition of iGB Affiliate London and in the process confirm its status as being among the top three international event brands for the industry."
