Innovation and growth at G2E: Kiron Interactive's strategy for the eSports market

In conversation with Leticia Palacios, Director of Sales for Latin America at Kiron Interactive, she shared the innovations and strategies that the company is implementing to adapt to market demands and offer an immersive experience to its clients. In this interview, Leticia details how Kiron has improved the visitor experience at its booth, its focus on personalisation for the US market and near-term expansion goals in key regions.

During the interview she highlighted Kiron's commitment to innovation and its ongoing effort to deliver virtual sports solutions that resonate with local needs and emerging trends in both Latin America and the US market.

What innovations have you incorporated this year to enhance the visitor experience at G2E 2024?

At G2E 2024, we focused on enhancing the overall visitor experience by introducing interactive demo stations, which allowed attendees to engage directly with our latest virtual sports products. These demos offered a hands-on look at the realism and excitement of our games. To further streamline the experience, we incorporated QR codes that linked visitors to product videos and key features, providing easy access to additional information. The feedback has been extremely positive, particularly around the ease of interaction and immersive nature of our games.

Could you highlight any particular aspect of your stand? What response did you get overall?

This year, we had the privilege of co-exhibiting with iBase Solution, and one of the key elements we showcased was our new self-service betting terminals. These terminals were very well received, with visitors appreciating their user-friendly design and flexibility for operators. The seamless and intuitive experience they provide aligns with the evolving needs of today’s market. Co-exhibiting with iBase Solution allowed us to highlight how our technology complements their solutions, and the overall response to the collaboration was highly encouraging.

What innovations are you implementing to adapt to the evolving US market?

We’re focusing on personalization and convenience as the US market continues to evolve. We’ve implemented advanced customization options, giving operators the ability to tailor our products to fit specific market preferences. Additionally, our emphasis on self-service betting terminals has been key to providing a seamless experience that meets the growing demand for convenience. These innovations ensure that we stay aligned with market trends and player expectations, helping operators offer more tailored solutions.

Following your participation at G2E, what key message would you like to convey to potential new customers or partners about your featured products?

The key message is that Kiron’s virtual sports products deliver an engaging, immersive experience that keeps players captivated. Our range of games, including popular titles like ICE Hockey, Basketball, and Max Car, showcases our commitment to high-quality graphics and customizable gameplay. We offer flexible integration solutions, allowing operators to easily adapt our products to their local market needs. Our focus is on delivering innovation, quality, and a seamless user experience.

What are your short-term goals, and are there any specific markets you are targeting?

In the short term, our focus is on expanding through strategic partnerships with operators seeking top-tier virtual sports solutions. We’re also prioritising our growth in Latin America, where demand for virtual sports is on the rise. Additionally, we are continuously innovating by refining our product portfolio to ensure it resonates with local preferences, helping us meet the evolving needs of players and operators alike.
