(Valencia, SoloAzar Exclusive).- José Ignacio Ferrer García, Founder and Director of Expojoc, explains the biggest challenges he faced to ensure that the latest edition of the prestigious event, which took place on March 26 at The Westin Hotel in Valencia, was once again a resounding success.














First of all, José Ignacio Ferrer García evaluated the latest edition of Expojoc and how he thinks it has evolved from its early days to present. He explains; “This year's edition has been very successful. We received a large audience, and the general feeling is that EXPOJOC 2025 was a very profitable and interesting Expo-Congress. The event has gone through different stages. From being held at a fairground for a day and a half with 44 exhibitors to a more condensed day at another location, in this case at the finest hotel in Valencia. But all the exhibitions—we've held ten—have been characterized by attention to detail and offering attendees and participants the best setting for business relationships and a space for knowledge and the exchange of ideas.”
What feedback did you receive from participants and visitors about the event and the panel discussions?
The unanimous opinion is that it was a success. A call attended by many professionals and supported and sponsored by major firms in the Spanish gaming sector.

What industry trends marked the agenda for this edition?
We always try to ensure that our panel discussions cover a broad spectrum of the industry, such as the B slot in the hospitality industry, bingo, and online gaming. This year, we introduced another topical issue: corporate governance and social responsibility.
Finally, what has been the biggest challenge you have faced in organizing Expojoc?
Well, the ability to remain a must-attend event on the gaming events calendar in Spain. And to do so, finding sponsorship and support. This is not without its challenges, but thanks to the companies and associations that sponsored us, we achieved an outstanding EXPOJOC 2025.
