Permaquim presents its wide range of products and solutions dedicated to the gaming industry in SAGSE 2018

What will you be presenting at SAGSE Buenos Aires?

PERMAQUIM will be this year participating in SAGSE with a stand three times larger than that of the 2017 edition to be able to show the wide catalog of products and solutions designed specifically for the gaming industry. In relation to the brands represented and on the EVERI side, we will be exhibiting two models of slot machines: Core HDX and Empire MPX with a wide range of games and the award-winning EVERIBet 2.0 solution. Likewise, the latest version of the EVERI kiosks will also be presented for the processing of securities in the casino. On the GLORY brand side, intelligent solutions are proposed for cash management, from the central treasury to the cash desk and which can end up in the gastronomic points. As for the CPI brand, the MEI Advance validators and the anticipated EASITRAX Soft Count will be exhibited, with the G & D brand we will show the BPS C1 and C2 ticket sorters and finally we will display the SCANCOIN SC360 coin counter with hopper.

What are the expectations for this year's show?

This year we have great expectations at the show for the strategic decision of PERMAQUIM to enter firmly in the slot machine business and the advanced technology solutions for handling cash in the gambling halls, generating savings such as transportation, reducing operational time leading to improved productivity and allowing the monitoring of inventory in real time of all terminals. Our idea is to position PERMAQUIM as the local partner of first choice for every company in the gaming industry. That is partly one of the reasons why we have decided to have a larger and more comfortable space to receive customers, friends and to be able to demonstrate live the power of integrated solutions.

How do you see the industry in Argentina and the current situation in the sector?

Currently the industry can not be unaware of the vagaries of the local economy, both from the point of view of suppliers and operators. However, we are focused on testing products such as the new EVERI slots, which have not participated so far in the casino floors in the region and on the other hand we believe that there are viable solutions to make the operation of the casinos profitable, in these moments where the tax pressure and profit margins are adjusted for the operators.

What are the plans and expectations for this second half of the year that we are going through? 

Our plan is to continue consolidating our leadership in cash processing in casinos, this time through integrated technological solutions, while we will aggressively enter the slot machine business.
