Regulator´s meeting in Lisbon

(Lisbon).- Representatives from Austrian, British, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese Regulatory Authorities met on November 6th-7th in Lisbon.
After update reports on their respective online national markets, the regulators exchanged experiences, amongst others, on consumer protection and responsible gaming, the development of a single customer view platform and the influence of Artificial Intelligence on online gambling.
The Regulators committed themselves to continue working to improve harm identification measures and customer information and interaction by operators.
The British Regulator will host the next meeting in Spring 2020.
