(Buenos Aires, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Carlos Carrión, SlotCycle Vice President of International Sales and Business Development, shared his impressions about the participation of the firm at recent SAGSE 2025, where he highglighted that the creation of its comprehensive digital marketplace for buying and selling gaming equipment is its most impactful innovation.

SlotCycle Shone at SAGSE 2025: Expanding Presence in Latin America with Innovative Solutions

SlotCycle experience at SAGSE 2025

Carlos Carrion considers that the participation of the firm was highly positive. “SAGSE 2025 was an excellent opportunity to strengthen our presence in Latin America and connect directly with operators, distributors, and strategic partners. It exceeded our expectations both in terms of visibility and the generation of new business opportunities. We received great interest in our gaming equipment refurbishment model, which shows that the region is ready for more accessible, modern, and efficient solutions,” he said.

Positive feedback from attendees and exhibitors

“The feedback has been very positive and encouraging. Attendees and industry colleagues highlighted SlotCycle’s value proposition, especially the ease of use of our digital platform and the transparency of our transactions”, said Carrion, who added: “Our clients appreciate being able to access refurbished machines with games specifically designed for the Latin American market, at fair prices and with proven high performance. Moreover, being present in the market and having direct conversations with operators allows us to hear firsthand what the industry really needs and to offer tailored solutions”.

Promising conversations and strengthened relationships

“SAGSE allowed us to strengthen relationships with existing clients and begin very promising conversations with new operators and distributors. Several companies expressed interest in forming alliances with SlotCycle to integrate our solutions into their operations. These encounters confirm that we are on the right track and that our offering addresses a real market need. In the coming months, some casinos in the region will receive refurbished machines from us, and some distributors will begin installing equipment in casinos they already work with,” Carrion affirmed.

SlotCycle digital marketplace for buying and selling gaming equipment

When asked about the most important innovation introduced by the company, Carrion answered the following: “The creation of our comprehensive digital marketplace for buying and selling gaming equipment has been our most impactful innovation. We offer slot machines in three conditions — Refurbished, Tested and Working, and As Is — allowing us to meet different operational and budgetary needs. In addition, building partnerships with manufacturers to offer their refurbished machines with approved game programs for various Latin American jurisdictions has become not only an innovation but also a clear value proposition and operational advantage.”

SlotCycle evolution in SAGSE as time goes by

With regard to the company’s presence in SAGSE and other industry trade shows over the years, Carrion said: “SAGSE 2025 marked an important milestone for SlotCycle, as it was our first time participating in person at this landmark trade show for the Latin American gaming industry. We understand that SAGSE is much more than a commercial exhibition — it's a key meeting point for operators, regulators, suppliers, and decision-makers from across the region. That’s why we chose to participate directly, and we are fully committed to returning in 2026 with an even stronger presence.”

SlotCycle in other trade shows

“Participating in industry trade shows not only allows us to showcase our solutions but also helps us build strategic relationships, engage with regulatory authorities, and take part in academic and professional discussions. This edition, in particular, gave us the opportunity to hear firsthand about the current gaming landscape in countries such as Chile, Paraguay, Brazil, and Argentina, reinforcing our commitment to staying close to the market.

“Our plan is to remain present — whether as exhibitors or attendees — at the main events across Latin America, in addition to actively participating in G2E and other global exhibitions. Each show represents an opportunity to strengthen our brand, better understand our clients, and further position SlotCycle as a key player in the global gaming equipment ecosystem.”

Initiatives to strengthen SlotCycle presence in Latin America

Carrion detailed a strategic expansion plan that includes:

  • Partnerships with local distributors in Colombia, Argentina, and Peru to provide closer service to these markets.
  • Agreements with recognized manufacturers, allowing us to offer certified games tailored to each jurisdiction.
  • Personalized service, with commercial teams that understand the particularities of each market.
  • Constant regulatory monitoring, especially in Brazil, where we are ready to act as soon as the legal framework allows.

He added that the firm is already actively operating in Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Paraguay, and the Caribbean.

SlotCycle main goals and objectives for 2025

Our main goal is to establish ourselves as the preferred provider of refurbished gaming equipment in Latin America. We want to continue growing, strengthening our network of partnerships, and expanding our product portfolio with options tailored to the specific needs of each market.

In parallel, we are focused on enhancing our digital platform, which this year will introduce new functionalities such as Auctions and Requests for Proposals. These features will give operators greater access to competitive buying opportunities in a dynamic, transparent, and efficient way. These tools will enrich the user experience and make transactions between buyers and sellers even more seamless.

We also plan to continue strengthening our local presence in key markets through strategic partnerships, participation in trade shows, and tailored customer service. All of this with a clear focus: to deliver reliable, accessible, and regionally adapted solutions that truly respond to the operational demands of our clients,” he concluded.
