"Tecnausa, focused on the recreational sector, offers products linked to the development of software for gaming rooms. It can be said that in reality we are a distribution company of services for gaming rooms and for operating companies and with the exploitation of machines in bars, hotels, etc. Services for salons are our main business area,” said Elena Chinchilla.
Then, she spoke about the strongest product of the company, which is the Sistema de Gran Bolsa. "It's the room connection system. Gran Bolsa connects the machines of a room to give an accumulated jackpot, and can also connect rooms to each other. It is a priority to continue implementing novelties and all the needs that our clients transmit to us according to the new technologies. We are very focused on always offering updates and improvements to the product," added the Marketing Manager of the firm.
Another novelty that the company presented at Expojoc is the animation of Templo de los Premios, which is a special jackpot for the connection between rooms. "This is a new animation of the Catarata Prize that divides a jackpot into several prizes of different amounts and is a very important claim for the salons"
"This product seeks customer loyalty by machine plays, room promotions and also, of course, by sports bets, accumulating points that can be exchanged for gifts, or anything that the salon is interested in offering as an incentive," she added.
"We also present the Digital Signage area with the Think on Digital brand, a line of business dedicated to digital signage that includes content management through an online platform. A product aimed at different sectors, with important applications in the recreational sector.
Tecnausa has been participating in this show since the first edition. When asked about the performance of the company at the event, Elena Chinchilla clarified: "I see it very well this year, maybe with less exhibitors, but it is a good example of the sector, we leave very happy. At the moment, the important thing is to be in face-to-face contact with customers, we attach great importance to personal contact with the client. In addition, our public is the companies in the sector, so we are particularly interested in this type of meeting ".
"The Spanish gaming market is at a good moment; very favorable, there is a lot of movement, we are in all of Spain, and the only limitation has to do with the regulations of each community but we are coupling and at the moment very well, now we will see with political changes what happens," she added.
When asked about sports betting and online games, Elena Chichilla said that is what is trending now. "That is why we also try to meet these market trends and adapt. Precisely one of the things that we present at Expojoc is having incorporated in the points card of the Fortune Players system the option that the player also accumulates points through sports betting, then, agreements have been reached with the betting houses sports to be able to offer that service to the salon, which is our client".
"We have just confirmed our participation in Torremolinos, and the truth is that at the product level we have several things going on. We are always trying to improve our base product and we are working very hard on this and on new projects such as Cashless and GeoLine (online communication with the machine), and soon we will have many new features," she concluded.
