(Sao Paulo, SoloAzar Exclusive). - SoloAzar interview Hayk Sargsyan, CEO of Galaxsys, about its presence at the Sigma Americas that was held from 14 to 18 June in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He talked about the firm´s performance at the event, the regulation debate and also the innovations they broght to the show: the lighting Bonus, and many other analysis.

Hayk Sargsyan, CEO of Galaxsys, was interviewed by SoloAzar about the presence of the firm at Sigma Americas, and when asked about their experience during the 5 days of the event, he stated the following: “We are always delighted to attend Latin America as it is one of our key growth markets.

"The show was well organised and attended by many within the region and indeed international delegates and exhibitors”, he added. 

Hayk refers to the organizers by commenting that “SiGMA always puts on fantastic events, networking sessions, and seminars that make the whole experience worthwhile.

“From Galaxsys, our team had a jam-packed few days with lots of pre-booked meetings and walk-ups, so overall, we are pleased with our sales inquiry pipeline and new friendships made.”

On the other hand, he highlighted the company´s recent feature, the “Lighting Bonus, that provides cashback functionality hugely popular at the player level for extended game sessions through enhanced player engagement and during the show it was of great interest at our meetings”. 

Related to the topics during the event, Hayk explained that “Galasxys focuses on heavily, and we had a strong interest in our leaderboard features principal aim is in-game, real-time notifications between the brand and the player to facilitate a higher player experience based on our current portfolio of 20+ games.”

In Brazil, gambling is not yet regularized, so, we asked Hayk the company's perspectives on this debate; to wich he pointed that Regulation should be welcomed for all stakeholders in the iGaming industry. In provides a framework to work towards and provides players with a means to trust gaming brands.

Our compliance team is watching developments and as a responsible business, we shall review any changes and adapt accordingly.”

When asked about the firm´s interest in the Brazilian market he explained the following: “Probably, all the companies that have Crash type games are very interested in the Brazilian market, as it is the biggest market for our games. For some operators in Brazil Crash type games are up to 80% of their GGR. Galaxsys, with its many Crash and Fast Games is going to take have a large portion of that growing market segment.”

Finally, Galaxsys´s plans for expansion in Latin America are as Hayk noted: “As the SiGMA Americas was an amazing show for us, with many opportunities we are planning to expand our presence in the market and develop some new games for growing Brazilian market. The interest for our games was big during the show and we are not going to lose the momentum.”
