The Peru Gaming Show was a good expo for JCM

What are you exhibiting in this edition of Peru Gaming Show?

Attendees had a great deal of interest in our products. We showed our iVIZION, and DBV-400 series bill validators, and attendees were interested to learn how each of our bill validators has high levels of security that satisfy operators’ needs for anti-counterfeiting and other security concerns, while also providing the speed and convenience players demand. Other products showed further enhance operators’ abilities to make better connections with their players, including the GEN5 thermal printer, the PromoNet floor-wide couponing system, and the BlueWave DX firmware upload tool.

How do you see the fair this year? And the lectures?

The Peru Gaming Show was a good expo for JCM. We were happy to see so many existing customers in attendance, and we were able to meet with potential new customers as well. We are also very pleased with the results of our technical training. The day before the show, we hosted two different training sessions so that techs can keep JCM products up-to-date and running in top form on the casino floor. We have consistently found that when techs go through our training, efficiency is boosted, products have more uptime, the casino experiences less costs (cleaning v. replacement unit), improved inventory control, better maintaining of floor, and improved acceptance rates, which translates into higher customer satisfaction.

How do you see the gaming market in the region?

The Peru market is very strong and is driven by one of the best regulatory structures in Latin America. Because of the strength of the regulatory structure, there are clearly established gaming requirements for licenses that in turn have guaranteed an effective financial prosperity for the Peruvian market for over 5 years allowing more than 70,000 slots to be operation in the country

How is the company positioned in this Market?

JCM has a very strong presence in Peru, and operators of all sizes rely on our products to strike a perfect blend between customer convenience and the strongest possible security. Regulators also appreciate the strong protections our products bring to casino floors.

What other fairs will be presented this year?

We are excited to participate in two new training events with GET IN Global in August, taking place in Medellin, Colombia. From there, we will turn our attention to SAGSE Buenos Aires in September, and then G2E in October. It will certainly be a rousing end to what has been an invigorating and productive year thus far.
