The Seminar of CIBELAE in Brazil was successfully held

(Brazil).- Last 25 and 26 July, the "Innovation and Sustainability" Seminar organized by CIBELAE was held in Salvador de Bahía. The workshops were carried out in full at the luxurious Hotel Deville Prime Salvador, located just 15 minutes from the Salvador de Bahía International Airport.
The Seminar had four panels that sought to delve into the most important issues for the Lottery industry today:
Product Portfolio
Development of new products for lotteries. New trends for Passive Lotteries. Digitization of lotteries. Digital tools to enhance face-to-face sales: Live Presence Lotteries PRO Lotteries Popup - VLT.
Marketing
Transformations and Trends of MKT applied to lotteries Creativity and Innovation: Strategies to reach new markets. Promotions and International Events. Identification of the bettor and Loyalty.
Security
Risk management. Risk Management Blockchain Certifications - Cryptocurrencies. Innovation in lottery transactions (payment of prizes and betting coupons).
Sales network
Communication channels. Potential growth of non-traditional channels. Self-management posts.
Luis Gama, President of CIBELAE, who was in charge of the opening of the Seminar, encouraged the generation of debate on the different topics.
As a prelude to the seminar, the day before its opening, the board of directors of the members of CIBELAE took place, which brought together the lottery managers from different parts of the world.
