(Miami, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Antonio Salord, Playtech Sales Manager Latam, granted an interview to SoloAzar in which he made an evaluation about recent SBC Summit Latin America. He also talked about the goals of the company and the markets in which they are present, among other issues.
"I was greatly surprised by the participation of operators and providers, considering that we are still in pandemic. It was a pleasure to meet colleagues of the sector," affirmed Salord, who then talked about the highlights of the show. "SBC organization was always remarkable, the event offered a great number of panels with the main specialists of the sector, who shared their knowledge and experience. This type of events help generate new business opportunities, the networking no doubt enables to have personal visibility and brand knowledge, bringing many benefits."
With regard to the gambling sector in Latin America, he said the following: "We are in a growing stage in the region, and the pandemic has accelerated the growth of the online channel. Altough traditional gaming has been affected by the pandemic, it was an opportunity to start operating in the online channel, and strategies have been established where omnichannel plays a key role. International operators and providers are focused on our region, which has a great potential. However, we have to keep on working and improving. One of the key factors for the regional development is the gaming regulation in different countries; we have to continue on the subject".
Finally, he adds: "We know about the potential of the region, Playtech is already present in different markets such as Colombia, Mexico, Chile or Peru, among others. We work to offer innovative products, always at the forefront on the new trends and together with a very talented and experienced team. We want to keeo on growing and help operators boost their product offer: Casino, Póker, Bingo, Live Casino etc. Playtech is synonim of success."
