(Madrid, SoloAzar Exclusive).- José Luis González, Business Unit director of Win Systems Spain, was interviewed by SoloAzar about the company's recent participation in the FIJMA event, the company's developments and its expectations for next year

What innovations have you presented at the FIJMA stand?

This year we have brought great innovations fully adapted to the Spanish market, both in the Systems and Gaming divisions. In Systems, our WIGOS One salon management system is causing a sensation. First, because it is the only management system capable of centrally managing different lines of business such as casinos, salons, bingos or hotels; In addition, it allows the integration of data from other gaming operations such as sports betting, lotteries or online gaming. But in addition, WIGOS One includes many of the WIGOS player tracking and loyalty tools. This is another great differential point with current systems, and it is drawing a lot of attention from operators, especially from large groups interested in generating differential value by improving and sophisticating the experience of their customers. The new WIGOS Collect collection app is also being liked a lot, as well as WIGOS One business intelligence tools, our WINUP Wallet, jackpots and displays, etc.

In the Gaming division, we have extended the 25 Series to all our Gold Club multiposition electronic roulette models. The 25 Series stands out for its design, which is exclusive for this family of roulette wheels, in very striking and spectacular red and black tones. In addition, we have renewed the software and the design of the game cloth. If we add that Series 25 includes the Lucky Number jackpot, it is understandable that many operators are interested in installing our electronic roulette wheels in their rooms.

How has the activity of the company been at the event and the feedback from the visitors?

As we mentioned, both WIGOS One and the Gold Club Series 25 are fully adapted to the tastes and needs of the Spanish market, and hence the enormous response we are receiving. In addition, we are very satisfied because this interest has been reflected in operators of all sizes, starting with large groups. We believe that the future ahead of us in the Spanish market is tremendously promising.

What do you think is the potential of the market in Spain?

Win Systems already had a consolidated position in Spain with our Gold Club electronic roulette wheels, as well as WIGOS, which already manages a large number of the best casinos in the country. Starting this year, thanks to WIGOS One, great potential opens up for us. We are convinced that we can provide great value to optimize and improve the operation of halls and bingo halls in this market. We had also detected the need to offer new solutions with our Gold Club electronic roulette wheels, and without a doubt the 25 Series fulfills this function of offering a new, very attractive product, with which to revitalize this gaming sector in our country.

What opportunities or benefits does the Spanish market bring to your company?

Spain is still a market with great development potential, which is why we have invested great efforts in the development of WIGOS One, which can help give an important leap in quality to the management of halls and bingo halls. But in addition, it can be a very powerful management tool for hospitality operations, for example. We still see a large field for improvement in management tools, which is why we attach so much importance to WIGOS One. Likewise, the Spanish market has some characteristics in terms of the size of its rooms that make premium electronic roulettes more compact, such as Gold Club roulettes, have a great acceptance because they maximize the profitability of the smallest spaces. If roulette is also as attractive as the Gold Club Series 25, it is easy to see that the opportunity for Win Systems in this market is still very great.

What do you think of the change in the modality of the organization of the fair for 2024, in that it becomes annual, and the change of date for spring, in May?

We value very positively that the next edition of FIJMA has been moved to the month of May. This new calendar allows both operators and suppliers to get the most out of the fair.
