Geoff Reiss will be participating as moderator for the panel discussion, namely “Delivering an Authentic Sports Betting Experience”. In this session, Yahoo Sports GM, Geoff Reiss will moderate a discussion on the importance of delivering fan-focused products and content. With so many options and “noise” in the space, it’s critical for operators and affiliate partners to adopt an authentic approach to create meaningful, authentic engagement and drive audience growth.”
Geoff’s career in media has spanned digital, print, television and live events and he’s helped shape some of the most innovative and successful media businesses in sports. After spending six years at Spy Magazine he joined Starwave, a digital media and technology company founded by Paul Allen. While at Starwave, Reiss oversaw the launch of ESPN.com, NFL.com, NBA.com and NASCAR.com and managed the creation of ESPN’s Fantasy and Insider products.
While at ESPN he managed ESPN the Magazine, oversaw the development and acquisition of the Peabody Award winning documentary Black Magic and led ESPN’s licensing efforts including the company’s groundbreaking deal with Electronic Arts.
After leaving ESPN Reiss was the CEO of the Professional Bowlers Association, led sports partnerships at Twitter and grew early stage digital media companies as a consultant and board member.
Reiss leads Yahoo Sports and works with Verizon, Verizon Media’s corporate parent developing the next generation of digital sports experiences for fans across all platforms in all territories.

Eventus International opened the Call for Presentations earlier this month for the 2nd Annual All American Sports Betting Summit (AASBS). The summit committee seeks proposals for 30-minute conference sessions and 60-minute panel discussions. Proposals must be received by 31 August 2021 in order to be considered.
The two-day event will feature a broad range of sessions from legislative details to market outlook, covering everything from compliance and governance to market entry strategy, technologies, product innovations, payment solutions and affiliate marketing.
