(Las Vegas, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Dave Kubajak, JCM Global Sr VP of Sales, Marketing & Operations, made an evaluation of the current year and anticipated plans for next year, in an exclusive interview granted to SoloAzar. “We are excited to continue presenting the industry with leading solutions in this space that are based on universally accepted technologies and security measures,” he said.

´2020 allowed JCM to come together as a company´ - Dave Kubajak, JCM Global

For all the challenges 2020 presented to the gaming industry, our customers, and our team members, it allowed JCM to come together as a company. It united JCM at a global level, driven by a significant focus on our R&D. Specifically, we further energized our years-long efforts around mobile/contactless technologies for the casino and gaming industry, in all its forms: sports betting, mobile wallet technology, in-casino, and other applications. We are excited to continue presenting the industry with leading solutions in this space that are based on universally accepted technologies and security measures,” said Dave Kubajak.

When asked about his expectations and goals for next year, Kubajak commented in detail on the different aspects that will need to be addressed for the reactivation: “As the global market recovers, there will most likely be a slow start, then we expect it to ramp up. There is a good deal of pent-up demand in three main areas:

  1. Replacement products to upgrade casino operations. There are casinos of all sizes who are using older peripheral equipment, and this is the year to invest in iVIZION and GEN5 foundation technology. These products offer efficiencies and enhanced capabilities in security and customer service with features no other products can provide. As more and more operators take advantage of these capabilities, the ones who do not will fall further behind competitively.

  1. Adoption and implementation of new technologies. JCM’s system technologies offer distinct services and advantages to casinos. First is FUZION, which dramatically increases capabilities in security, efficiency, and customer service. FUZION offers many peripheral management and technology features to operators, and because it’s an open platform, we are continually developing new solutions for FUZION. Next, our table ticketing solution TITA and mobile payment technology iTITO are must-haves for every operator to give their players additional payment choices and flexibility. Last, our wide range of high-speed count sort technologies help operators increase efficiencies, enhance security, and help to accomplish other goals, such as social distancing in the count room.

  1. We continue to see increased demand for our unique JCM Digital Signage Solutions. This type of investment in creating distinctive and welcoming environments attracts customers and empowers operators to deliver a brand and entertainment experience that is uniquely their own. We have been involved with several powerful examples of what can happen when operators want to take their property to the next level. The Link at Choctaw Durant, the promenade at MotorCity in Detroit, the waterfall at Resorts World Catskills, and the multiple installations at Desert Diamond West Valley – these are just a few examples of the wide range of possibilities our signage can bring to a property and their brand. SoloAzar readers can visit our showcase page to see these and more examples”.
