(Malta, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Nicolás Campano, Soft2Bet Sales Director for LATAM, shares all the details behind the company's participation at SiGMA Europe 2024. Key products and business possibilities are some of the issues treated in this interview.
After another edition of SiGMA Europe 2024, we spoke with Nicolás Campano who, with more than 8 years of experience in the gaming industry, is responsible for driving sales of the complete set of Soft2Bet products in Latin America. To start, Campano explains: “We participated at SiGMA Europe 2024 to strengthen relationships with our partners and connect with new faces in the iGaming industry. It’s an ideal event for sparking meaningful conversations and sharing ideas. Having four speakers at the summit, including our CEO, was a proud moment for us. They were able to share insights on key industry trends and innovations that resonated with the audience. We also hosted two packed workshops from our “Become MEGA” roadshow series, which has been a highlight of the year. These efforts helped us showcase our expertise, build our reputation as industry leaders, and create exciting opportunities for collaboration”.

Soft2Bet key products at SiGMA Europe 2024
"At this year’s event, we showcased not only Soft2Bet’s MEGA platform but also our comprehensive turnkey solutions designed to empower operators with cutting-edge technology and flexibility. A key highlight was MEGA’s latest engines, built to drive player engagement to new heights by offering personalised experiences, dynamic gamification tools, and seamless integration capabilities.
These innovations sparked a lot of interest at the event, and we’re excited to announce that even more engines are in the pipeline, each aimed at redefining how operators connect with their players. Our commitment to staying ahead of the curve and delivering solutions that enhance both user engagement and operator efficiency was evident in every conversation we had.

Business possibilities at SiGMA Europe
How does SiGMA help strengthen your brand and connect with audiences and strategic partners?
SiGMA is one of the most important events in the iGaming industry, bringing together key players from a wide range of markets. It serves as an excellent platform for exchanging ideas, sharing experiences, and staying up to date on the latest trends and innovations. It’s also a unique opportunity for us to connect with existing partners, meet new ones, and strengthen our presence in the industry. The diverse audience at SiGMA makes it the perfect space to showcase our expertise, explore potential collaborations, and reinforce our brand’s reputation on a global stage.
What are the biggest challenges you face in the industry today and how are you addressing them?
One of the biggest challenges in the iGaming industry is capturing and retaining players’ attention in an increasingly competitive market. At Soft2Bet, we’ve mastered the art of player engagement. Our extensive experience in B2C projects and working in the most challenging markets allows us to thrive even in highly competitive environments. Recently, we expanded our reach by launching a brand in the Mexican regulated market, solidifying our presence in the region. Looking ahead, we are setting our sights on new milestones, including entering the New Jersey and Spanish markets in 2025. These strategic moves reflect our commitment to growth and innovation as we tackle the industry’s challenges head-on.

Technology and the challenges of the gaming industry
How important is the progress in artificial intelligence, augmented reality or other technologies in your product portfolio?
Advances in technologies like artificial intelligence and augmented reality play a crucial role in shaping the future of the iGaming industry. AI enhances personalised player experiences, improves fraud detection, and streamlines customer support, while AR takes the gameplay to the next level by creating immersive and engaging environments.
In conclusion, “These technologies open up exciting possibilities, but gamification remains one of the most impactful tools in the immediate term. Gamification taps into fundamental aspects of human behaviour, making experiences more engaging and rewarding. This, in turn, drives retention, enhances player loyalty, and delivers tangible business impact. Its timeless appeal makes it a powerful addition to any portfolio, complementing the latest tech trends while delivering measurable results”
