(Sofia).- SoloAzar shares an interview with Georgi Koprinarov, General Manager of CT Gaming LATAM, available on their website. Georgi details his trajectory in the company since 2007, the key positioning of the company in Latin America and flagship products such as Gamopolis and Fusion.

During the interview, Georgi Koprinarov shares the firm's developments, highlighting the impact of regulations, the company's positioning in the LatAm market and its flagship products; and also, new technologies such as cashless payment methods and advanced player behaviour analysis.
How long have you worked for CT Gaming?
GK: I began my journey with CT Gaming, formerly known as Casino Technology, in 2007. Initially, I was taking on a role that primarily involved administrative responsibilities crucial to establishing our operations in the Latin America region. As I gained deeper insights into the local industry and its dynamics, my role evolved, allowing me to focus more strategically on managing our growing operations in LatAm.
Can you share insights from the story behind positioning CT Gaming in LatAm?
G.K: Following our initial setup in LatAm in 2007, we expanded our presence across Latin America’s markets. Nearly a decade later, we opened a manufacturing facility in Mexico to meet high demand and streamline logistics in the region.
In the early days, our focus was on the Gemini cabinet, paired with single games as per market trends. However, we soon realized that this approach was not yielding the best results. This prompted us to re-evaluate our strategy and launch our first multigame series, Gamopolis, which quickly captured client interest. This success naturally led to the introducing of our Sensa and Tangra cabinets, and we further expanded our multigame offerings with new Gamopolis releases. We paired these products with our bespoke jackpot solution, Fusion, which quickly became a defining feature of our brand and solidified our position as a top provider.
Notably, 12-year-old Tangra cabinets are still found in gaming halls today, performing on par with the latest models. If I were to compare the success of Tangra, Gamopolis, and Fusion jackpot with our current products, it would be akin to the success of our NEXT cabinet paired with the Diamond King multigame series, featuring the latest generation of our jackpot system. This combination truly encapsulates CT Gaming's innovative spirit.
How has the market evolved and what is your forecast for the future?
GK: Since our launch, we’ve witnessed consistent development, and we remain hopeful that this trend will continue. However, predicting the future with absolute certainty is challenging, especially in an industry like ours.
One clear trend we’re observing is the increasing tightening of regulations and restrictions within the gaming sector, which is leading to a further market contraction. This most likely will push companies to adapt to new trends and review their strategies. In my opinion, the industry will become more competitive, requiring businesses to adopt innovative approaches in order to succeed.
At CT Gaming, we are responding to this evolving landscape by shifting towards a more boutique business model. This involves scaling down production to focus on quality, working with a more selective client base, and enhancing our after-market services and support.
Another inevitable shift in the industry is the integration of new technologies. I believe the future will see a stronger emphasis on cashless payment methods and advanced player behavior analytics, driven by investments in player tracking features. While we’ve already incorporated some of these technologies into our products, ongoing refinement and adaptation will be crucial to ensure a smooth transition to these new industry standards.
