The measures will govern all complete casinos, Type "A" slot machine rooms, Betting Agencies for Sporting Events, Bingo Halls, Type C Machine Rooms, Games of Luck and Chance over the Internet, Presidente Remón Racetrack and any other activity of luck and chance activity that originate bets that are regulated by the Gambling Control Board in the Republic of Panama.

In this way, the administrators and operators of these centers must guarantee the Self-exclusion Request form approved by the JCJ, place a brochure with the information provided by the Section for Responsible Gambling and Prevention of Pathological Gambling, mainly in the boxes and in any other space with influx of players.

Locate and display in visible places the posters with legends about the prevention of Pathological Gambling and with the motto "Playing Responsibly is also part of the Game". Likewise, sign holders must be included on the tables located in the bar and entertainment areas of the Game Rooms. Las páginas web de cada administrador u operador debe contar con la información relacionada y que haga mención a la Sección de Juego Responsable que creó la JCJ; contar con la opción de realizar la Autoexclusión.
