SciPlay Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering

(Las Vegas).- SciPlay Corporation ("SciPlay"), the social gaming business of Scientific Games Corporation, today announced that it has commenced the initial public offering of its Class A common stock. SciPlay is offering 22,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock. The initial public offering price is expected to be between $14.00 and $16.00 per share. SciPlay expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,300,000 shares of its Class A common stock at the initial public offering price. The shares are expected to trade on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "SCPL".
BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. will act as lead book-running managers for the offering, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. and RBC Capital Markets, LLC will act as book-running managers for the offering, and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated and Wedbush Securities Inc. will act as co-managers for the offering.
