NOVOMATIC Recognized as Austrian Leading Company 2026/2027 for Economic Strength and Commitment

NOVOMATIC AG has once again been named an “Austrian Leading Company” for the 2026/2027 period by the independent excellence platform Leitbetriebe Austria, reinforcing its position as a key economic driver and responsible corporate leader in Austria’s gaming technology sector.

Announced in Gumpoldskirchen on February 12, 2026, the renewed certification follows a comprehensive evaluation process conducted every two years to ensure that companies meet the highest quality and sustainability standards. NOVOMATIC has held the prestigious status continuously since 2013.

The Leitbetriebe Austria assessment focuses on long-term corporate objectives, including innovation, sustainable growth, and targeted employee development. As one of Lower Austria’s largest employers and a significant taxpayer, NOVOMATIC plays a vital role in national value creation while maintaining a strong international presence in gaming technology.

At the core of the Group’s strategy is a long-term ESG framework that integrates economic performance with environmental responsibility and social sustainability. This approach positions NOVOMATIC as both a financially robust enterprise and a forward-looking company committed to responsible corporate governance.

Speaking at the certificate presentation at NOVOMATIC’s Lower Austrian headquarters, Executive Board Member Stefan Krenn emphasized the importance of stability and innovation in achieving sustainable success. He was joined by fellow Executive Board Members Ryszard Presch and Johannes Gratzl.

“Long-term corporate success is based on stability, innovative strength, and a clear sense of responsibility towards employees, society, and the environment,” Krenn stated. “This renewed recertification confirms our strategic direction and our commitment to combining economic strength with sustainable corporate management.”

Monica Rintersbacher, Managing Director of Leitbetriebe Austria, highlighted NOVOMATIC’s consistent performance in the areas that define a leading company. She underscored the Group’s international technological innovation alongside its strong commitment to its Austrian roots, workforce, and broader society.

The 2026/2027 recertification further strengthens NOVOMATIC’s reputation as a stable, reliable, and responsible company, both domestically and globally, reinforcing its leadership role in the international gaming industry
