Camelot Lottery Solutions Appoints David Kelly as New Chair

(London).- Camelot Lottery Solutions is pleased to announce that David Kelly has been appointed as the new Chair of its Board. David joined the Board in November 2014 and is an experienced operating executive and Board director, with strong digital and product development expertise.
“David has an incredible pedigree in leading internet and technology businesses, from start-ups to fast-scaling and established global brands, and his expertise will be instrumental in guiding the future success of Camelot Lottery Solutions,” said Wayne Pickup, Camelot Lottery Solutions Chief Executive.
Commenting on his new role, David said, “I’m proud to be part of a company with such a strong heritage in building successful global lotteries, based on modern digital solutions like mobile, cloud and data.
“I look forward to working with the management team and board to continue the company’s legacy of driving responsible lottery growth by engaging players and increasing benefits returned to local communities.”
David’s experience driving digital growth and innovation includes roles as Chief Operating Officer at eBay Inc. (Europe), Chief Operating Officer at lastminute.com, Operations Director at Amazon.co.uk, Senior Vice President of Rackspace International and as a Non-Executive Director at Camelot UK.
He is currently Chairman of Simply Business and On The Beach, and acts as a Non-Executive Director at Reach Plc, The Gym Group and Holiday Extras.
