(Sofia).-CT Interactive has taken a significant step in its international expansion strategy by officially entering the regulated South African iGaming market through a strategic partnership with local platform provider Aardvark Technologies, bringing a curated portfolio of slot content to players in the country.
The African iGaming landscape continues to attract international suppliers, and CT Interactive has now joined that momentum with its debut in South Africa. Through a newly announced partnership with Aardvark Technologies (adv.bet), the provider has launched 20 of its top-performing slot titles, making them available to South African players for the first time.
The initial rollout includes some of CT Interactive’s most recognizable games, such as Wild Clover, Win Storm, Chilli Madness, 40 Treasures, Lucky Clover, and Duck of Luck. These titles have been selected for their proven performance, immersive visual design, and gameplay mechanics that resonate strongly across multiple regulated markets.
Strategic local partnership as market entry driver
For CT Interactive, the alliance with Aardvark Technologies represents more than a simple content launch. It is a calculated move to leverage local expertise while ensuring compliance within one of Africa’s most structured gaming jurisdictions.
“Partnering with Aardvark Technologies to enter the South African market is an exciting step forward for CT Interactive,” said Antonio Donov, Head of Business Development EMEA and Asia at CT Interactive. “Their strong local presence and in-depth market knowledge make them the ideal partner to showcase our portfolio and deliver fresh, high-quality gaming experiences to players across the region.”
South Africa is widely regarded as a cornerstone regulated market on the continent, offering long-term growth opportunities for suppliers able to align content, technology and compliance standards.
Martin Ivanov, Chief Operating Officer at CT Interactive, emphasized the strategic importance of the move: “This partnership with Aardvark Technologies represents an important achievement in our African expansion strategy. South Africa is a key regulated market with significant growth potential, and collaborating with a trusted local operator enables us to deliver our content in full alignment with both player expectations and regulatory requirements.”
Strengthening content offerings in a regulated environment
From the operator’s perspective, the agreement enhances portfolio depth and player engagement. Aardvark Technologies sees the integration of CT Interactive’s titles as part of a broader strategy to strengthen its competitive position in South Africa’s evolving iGaming ecosystem.
“Adding CT Interactive’s games to our South African offering is an exciting step in strengthening our content strategy in the region,” said Arijus Denisovas, Commercial Director at Aardvark Technologies. “CT Interactive is a well-established provider with a strong global presence, and this partnership allows us to deliver a balanced and engaging portfolio aligned with local player demand.”
As both companies look to build momentum in South Africa, the collaboration underscores a shared focus on sustainable growth within regulated markets, combining international content expertise with strong local market execution.
