SG Digital Takes Industry Behind the Scenes on OpenBet’s Busiest Day of The Year

(Las Vegas).- Scientific Games Corporation (NASDAQ: SGMS “Scientific Games” or the “Company”) has produced a behind the scenes video to give an insight into SG Digital’s busiest trading event of the year, the day of the Grand National.
Over the three days of the 2018 Aintree Festival, SG Digital’s market-leading OpenBet platform processed more than 34 million bets. The Grand National horse race is one of the biggest occasions in the sporting calendar and is the betting peak every year, peaking for a single operator above 20,000 bets per minute.
The video gives a glimpse into the preparation and delivery of a betting operation on the biggest day of the year and shows key members of the OpenBet team discussing the challenges faced both before and during the day.
