The award celebrates Payam’s exceptional industry impact during a career spanning over 25 years at executive level, including more than a decade heading JCM Global’s EMEA and UK businesses. In his current dual role, he has overseen every aspect of the regional organisation – from sales and marketing to operations, HR, finance and IT – steering the company through periods of profound transformation and technological advancement.

A renowned specialist in cash handling and payment systems across banking, retail and gaming, Payam has consistently anticipated market shifts and championed future-ready solutions that improve security, automate processes and unlock new efficiencies for casino operators. His leadership has been central to the expansion of JCM’s product portfolio across EMEA and to the successful introduction of intelligent technologies built around reliability and customer-centric design.

Fluent in multiple languages and a graduate of the Polytechnical University in Saarbrücken, Payam is widely respected for fostering strong, collaborative relationships with customers, distributors and partners, while encouraging innovation within JCM’s own teams. Colleagues and clients alike credit him with helping to reposition the change and payments ecosystem as a strategic hub in modern casino operations.

Payam Zadeh said:

“I am deeply honoured to receive this award from Casino International. The strength of our industry has always come from collaboration and a willingness to embrace new technology. I’m fortunate to work with outstanding teams and forward-thinking customers across EMEA and the UK, and I share this recognition with them.”

The Casino International Outstanding Contribution Award highlights individuals who have delivered long-term value creation and helped shape the direction of automation and payments within the gaming sector. JCM Global extends its congratulations to Payam and thanks Casino International and the judging panel for this important recognition.
