(Sofia).- In February 2026, EGT reaffirmed its commitment to talent development by launching new initiatives focused on upskilling. Led by the Human Resources team, these programs aim to strengthen professional skills and enhance leadership capabilities across the organization.
As part of EGT’s ongoing efforts to support talent development and internal upskilling, the Human Resources department successfully finalized three training programs implemented in partnership with HR Support, a consultancy specializing in organizational psychology and management development. The sessions were held at EGT’s headquarters in Sofia, Bulgaria, bringing together employees from different departments in a collaborative learning environment.
The first program was aimed at specialists from the General Directorate of Research and Development and its topic was “Development of Management Skills”, designed to strengthen leadership capabilities within EGT’s innovation teams.
It was a continuation of the 2024 training cycle and further strengthened key managerial competencies essential for sustainable team performance, including goal setting, motivation and performance management, conflict management, mediation and talent development within the team.
The second program, which also expanded the company’s leadership development initiative, was conducted with employees from the General Directorate of Production, Supplies and Logistics. The program focused on strengthening practical managerial capabilities that support operational excellence, including negotiation, effective goal setting, change management and analysis of achieved results with planning the next steps.
The third program on the topic of “Individual Competence and Professional Development” was introduced as a new initiative within EGT’s broader employee upskilling framework and was oriented towards colleagues from the Administration Directorate. It focused on strengthening key personal and interpersonal competencies that support effective collaboration and adaptability, including emotional intelligence, psychology of communication, personal and organizational change, conflict management and diversity of personality types (MBTI).
The successful completion of the programs was marked by the presentation of certificates to the participants, highlighting EGT’s commitment to recognizing and encouraging continuous professional development among its employees.
EGT’s cooperation with HR Support is built on a shared philosophy of strategic human capital development, continuous learning and sustainable organizational growth, supported by practically applicable solutions. HR Support has extensive experience in delivering organizational development and leadership training programs for companies across various industries in Bulgaria, combining scientific expertise in organizational psychology with practical business-oriented solutions.
Through such initiatives, EGT continues to invest in the long-term development of its people and in strengthening the capabilities that support the company’s sustainable growth.
