(Malta).- Fast Track has once again been certified in Malta, Sweden and Spain, achieving an 89% Trust Index score as it continues its AI-driven transformation.

Fast Track Achieves Fifth Consecutive Great Place to Work Certification®

Recognition Across Three Markets

Fast Track has received its Great Place to Work® certification for the fifth consecutive year, with the recognition awarded across its operations in Malta, Sweden and Spain.

The company achieved an 89% Trust Index score, while 100% of its employees participated in this year's survey. The latest certification coincides with Fast Track's tenth anniversary as a company.

The Great Place to Work® certification is based entirely on employee feedback. Since 1992, more than 100 million employees worldwide have participated in the organisation's surveys, making the certification one of the most recognised workplace benchmarks globally.

The Trust Index evaluates employees' perceptions of credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie within their organisation. Fast Track's 89% score places the company at the level Great Place to Work® associates with world-class employers in the IT, Software and Solutions sector.

100% Employee Participation

Fast Track currently employs around 170 people. For the fifth consecutive year, every employee participated in the Great Place to Work® survey, with the latest survey completed within two weeks.

"Our culture is our strongest asset, and it is what allows us to adapt, innovate and drive change at the pace we do. This year, we rebuilt the way we work around AI, with our teams driving that transformation themselves. To be recognised once again as a world-class employer is something we are incredibly proud of, and we will keep nurturing and evolving our culture to ensure Fast Track remains one," said Simon Lidzén, Co-Founder and CEO of Fast Track.

Culture During a Period of AI Transformation

Great Place to Work® also highlighted Fast Track's ability to maintain its workplace culture while undergoing significant organisational changes related to artificial intelligence.

"Maintaining certification across five consecutive years, in three separate locations, takes sustained effort. What stands out this year is that Fast Track did it while redesigning how people work around AI. That kind of change usually unsettles a workforce and pulls scores down. Fast Track's consistency, and the fact that every employee took part again this year, shows a culture that people believe in and leaders who keep listening," said Linda Löfman, Senior Consultant at Great Place to Work®.

A Decade of Product Development

Fast Track was founded in Malta in February 2016 and launched its real-time CRM solution for the iGaming industry in 2018.

The company subsequently introduced its Singularity model for one-to-one personalisation in 2021, AI-powered gamification through Rewards in 2024 and Fast Track AI, described as iGaming's first natural language platform for CRM, in 2025. In 2026, the company expanded into fully agentic workflows.

Greco, the gameplay risk engine established as a joint venture in 2021, became a core Fast Track product in January 2026.

The company marked its tenth anniversary by bringing employees together for its Growth Summit in Gozo in August 2026.

Employee Experience Remains a Priority

Jenny Arnell, Chief People and Culture Officer at Fast Track, said the latest certification reflects the company's ability to preserve its workplace culture while adapting to major technological changes.

“Fast Track has always been strongest in the relational areas: people feel they can be themselves, are treated fairly and can approach their managers. This year, 96% also said that we adapt quickly when change is needed. This is particularly meaningful in a year when we fundamentally changed how we work with AI. That is why our fifth certification matters: it reflects that, despite significant change, our people continued to experience Fast Track as a great place to work,” said Jenny Arnell, Chief People and Culture Officer at Fast Track.
