GLI® Names Felix Lai as Customer Service Representative for GLI Asia®

(Macao).- Gaming Laboratories International (GLI®) has named Felix Lai as its new Customer Service Representative for its GLI Asia® location. Lai, who has more than 10 years of experience in gaming and non-gaming industries in Macau and the Philippines, will assist GLI’s clients throughout Asia.
Lai brings a rich and diverse work history to GLI’s clients, which includes experience on the casino floor and in the casino cage, as well as working with slot developers and with non-gaming companies in online and offline enterprises.
In his role, Lai will work with all types of GLI clients, helping them navigate the evolving future of gaming by taking full advantage of GLI’s exclusive integrated approach to compliance. He will be based in GLI Asia’s new office, located at Alameda Dr.Carlos D’Assumpcao N’s 335-341, Edf. “Hot Line” H6, I6, J6, Macao.

Prior to GLI, Lai most recently served as Manager of Business Development for Red Point Technology, where he specialized in both online and offline activities.
He has also served as Manager of Business Development for slot and system developer Solis Group, Manager of Business Development for the business, retail, and catering sides of Megstar International, and Assistant Manager of Business Development for Suncity Group. Additionally, he held the role of Operations Manager for Century Oriental, overseeing daily operations of the casino gambling hall, and as Supervisor of Cage for Manlong VIP Group.
