Marco Emilio Hincapié, new president of Coljuegos

(Bogotá).- In a formal ceremony held at the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, Dr. Marco Emilio Hincapié Ramírez was sworn in as president of the State Industrial and Commercial Company, Administrator of the Gambling Monopoly of Luck and Chance –COLJUEGOS-, through Decree 1127 of July 7, 2023.
The new president of Coljuegos is a lawyer from Tolima, graduated from the Santo Tomás University, with a specialization in Administrative and Constitutional Law from the Catholic University of Colombia and a postgraduate degree in Public Administration from the Superior School of Public Administration -ESAP-.
Dr. Hincapié Ramírez, has more than 30 years serving the public sector, holding positions such as; manager of the Bogotá Lottery, magistrate of the National Electoral Council, deputy to the Assembly of Tolima, councilor of Ibagué and Secretary of Government in the administration of Francisco Peñaloza Castro (1971-1972), among others.
