(Gumpoldskirchen). – NOVOMATIC, Europe’s leading gaming technology group, has officially completed the sale of ADMIRAL Austria to Tipico.
The deal highlights NOVOMATIC’s commitment to accelerating its global expansion and represents a key milestone in the company’s international growth strategyUnder Tipico’s ownership, ADMIRAL Austria will continue to operate as a strategic technology partner, relying on NOVOMATIC’s cutting-edge solutions to drive future innovation.
Stefan Krenn, Executive Board Member of NOVOMATIC AG, emphasized: “The completion of this transaction marks an important step in our global expansion strategy with a clear focus on international growth markets.
