(Madrid).- The company reaffirms its commitment to labour integration by hiring people with disabilities in one of its work centres.
In line with its commitment to equal opportunities and its Corporate Social Responsibility, the Reception service at the Terrassa branch is now managed by a Special Employment Centre (CEE). The CEEs aim to provide people with disabilities with productive and paid work that promotes their professional development.
This action is included in a collaboration agreement with the Platform for Sustainable Gaming, an association in which NOVOMATIC Spain is a prominent member; and the National Confederation of Special Employment Centres (CONACEE). The purpose of this agreement is to promote inclusive employment through these centres within companies in the gaming sector in Spain.
NOVOMATIC Spain continues to promote diversity and inclusion in its professional environments as part of its CSR pillars: Active in the Community and Enjoy Working with Us. These pillars reflect its commitment to act responsibly within society as well as providing training and job security to its employees. The company is convinced that its new colleagues will bring a high level of excellence, relying on their experience, skills and responsibility for the continuous improvement of customer service.
