Cibelae congratulates the new manager of the Medellin Lottery, Mr. Duque Jiménez, who is also a specialist in Fiscal Auditing and Comptrollership from the Corporación Universitaria Rémington, a specialist in Public Accounting from the Universidad Autónoma Latinoamericana, a Master in Government from the Universidad de Medellín and a Master in Local Public Management from the Unión Iberoamericana de Municipalistas.

Upon his arrival, Duque Jiménez expressed his gratitude to the Governor of Antioquia, Andrés Julián Rendón Cardona, for the trust placed in him for this position: "It is an enormous challenge to assume the reins of an entity with such a long trajectory. Its national leadership has been built up over decades and we cannot be inferior to this desire to continue at the top. It will be an honour to put my experience at the service of a company so dear to all Antioquians and Colombians.”

The new manager of the Lottery was national director of the Escuela Superior de Administración Pública - ESAP, Provincial Comptroller of the General Comptroller of the Republic, Departmental Deputy Comptroller, Comptroller in charge, manager in various positions in the same General Comptroller of Antioquia, Fiscal Auditor in Corantioquia and director of Organisational Development of the Secretariat of Human Management and Organisational Development of the Governorate of Antioquia.

Currently, in addition to the traditional lottery tickets, the entity has different business units, such as the Raspa&Listo, which are incentives with immediate prize collection and Lottired.net, a portal that allows the betting public to buy the different lotteries in Colombia, from anywhere in the world, through the internet.
