Telematic Interaktiv invests 1.14 million euros in 77 BITS Macedonian BSC

(Sofia).- The joint-stock company "Telematic Interactive Bulgaria" has made a cash contribution of 1.14 million euros to increase the capital of the North Macedonia company 77 BITS BSC LLC, according to information on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE).
After the capital increase, the participation of AD "Telematic Interactive Bulgaria" remains at 50%.
The stock market capitalization of the Bulgarian company slightly exceeds 200 million BGN.
Since the beginning of April, the company has paid a gross dividend of 0.39 BGN per share (0.37 BGN for local individuals).
ATTENTION
Through its participation in 77 BITS BSC LLC Bitola, "Telematic Interactive Bulgaria" JSC entered the online market in North Macedonia and the inversion was carried out with the objective of developing the company's activities and organizing online betting activities in Macedonia del Norte.
The income obtained from the main activity in 2023 amounted to 118.4 million BGN and the net benefit to 20.1 million BGN. The majority owner of the company is Eldorado Corporation AD, whose final owners are Milo Stratiev Borisov and Rosina Stratieva Borisova.

"Telematic Interactive Bulgaria" raised 16 million BGN with the initial public offering in 2022.
