Atlantic City Q1 Casino Profits Drop Nearly 23%

(Atlantic City).- Casino licensees reported Q1 2026 net revenue of $725.6 million, down 0.6% year-over-year, and gross operating profit of $104.7 million, a 22.9% decline from Q1 2025.
Casino Net Revenue and Gross Operating Profit
Based upon filings submitted by the casino licensees to the Division of Gaming Enforcement, Atlantic City 1st Quarter 2026 Net Revenue was reported at $725.6 million, reflecting a 0.6% decrease over the same quarter last year. Besides, casino licensees reported 1st Quarter 2026 Gross Operating Profit of $104.7 million, a 22.9% decrease compared to 1st Quarter 2025.

Hotel Occupancy
Atlantic City hotel occupancy rate at the casino hotels for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, was 64.6%, representing an increase of 1.7 percentage points compared to the same quarter in 2025.
