(St Gallen).-Sportradar's CFO Craig Felenstein emphasizes robust revenue, EBITDA growth, and the strategic value of the IMG ARENA acquisition.
Sportradar reported strong financial and operational performance in Q3 2025, driven by consistent growth and increasing profitability across its global business. In remarks, CFO Craig Felenstein highlighted that the company achieved revenue of $292 million, up 14% year-over-year despite foreign currency headwinds, while adjusted EBITDA rose 29% to $85 million, reflecting expanded operating margins and robust free cash flow.
Felenstein emphasized that Sportradar’s unique position at the center of the sports ecosystem—connecting leagues, media, and operators—remains a key competitive advantage. He noted that by scaling advanced technology solutions, expanding the premium content portfolio, and deepening global partnerships, the company continues to deliver durable growth and increasing value for clients, partners, and shareholders.
The CFO also discussed the recently completed acquisition of IMG ARENA, which strengthens Sportradar’s sports rights portfolio. The deal adds relationships with more than 70 rightsholders and provides approximately 38,000 official data events and 29,000 streaming events across 14 sports worldwide. Felenstein stated that the acquisition is expected to accelerate revenue, EBITDA, and free cash flow growth while enhancing profitability.
Reflecting strong momentum, Sportradar has raised its full-year 2025 guidance, now expecting revenue of at least €1,290 million, up 17%, and adjusted EBITDA of at least €290 million, up 30%. Felenstein added that the Board of Directors approved a $100 million increase to the share repurchase program, bringing the total to $300 million.
He concluded by noting that the company’s strategic focus on innovation in data-driven fan engagement, AI product enhancements, and disciplined cost management positions Sportradar for sustained long-term growth in the evolving global sports market.
