(Mexico).- Continuing its successful development in Central and South America, EGT has established itself as highly potential supplier also in Mexico. For less than 2 years the company has founded its first office in the country, has installed over 2,600 machines in all major local casino operators’ gaming establishments and has formed a team of 24 professionals, dedicated to provide impeccable sales and support services. A second office in Monterey is under way to serve as a training center for a wide range of casino specialists, including technicians.
The progress of EGT Mexico is also backed up with a portfolio of high performing and tailored to the local preferences slot and multiplayer products. Most favored are the Collection Series multigames that gained high appreciation soon after they premiered into the country. The Chinese-themed 5-level progressive jackpot Cai Shen Kingdom is also shaping to be a market leader for its math model, charismatic design and gaming plot.
First installations have also been made of the STORK terminal and the next-generation multiplayer S-Line machines. Their gaming catalogue that combines video slot titles with roulette, blackjack, baccarat, etc., the ability to take part in numerous different configurations and the elegant and ergonomic design is expected to turn them into a hit in 2019. The company is also currently integrating its interactive content with several domestic online casino operators, so very soon EGT Interactive’s plentitude of games will be available to the audience as well.
“EGT Mexico is growing at a fast speed in terms of team, partnership network, locally launched portfolio, installations and brand awareness,” shared Nadia Popova, director of EGT Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean. “We just held a special event for presenting the next models that will step in the market in 2019 and the initial feedback was more than encouraging. Our single game products are developed especially to meet the local tastes, the Dragon’s Turn Asian-themed jackpot of 4 levels will gain momentum in near future as well, the General Series slot cabinets debuted just two months ago in Europe and are attractive, modern, go along with a next level technologies (keyboards with dynamic touch displays, HD frameless monitors, LED jackpot panels and completely new multigames) and the EGT Multiplayer terminals are also locally perceived as highly innovative and the interest in them is ever-growing.”
EGT Mexico recorded one more achievement – in the middle of March Caliente Group inaugurated the first gaming lounge in Latin America in its casino Hipódromo de Agua Caliente in Tijuana. It is equipped exclusively with a special selection of EGT’s best performing machines and the guests could play their favorite slot and roulette games, while enjoying maximum comfort. Furthermore EGT is successfully cooperating on the opening of more similar lounges in different gaming establishments across the country – a proof of the true appreciation for its products.
In 2019 the company intends to keep increasing its market share, installing more than 3000 machines and already reported that the contracts for the first quarter has been signed. “EGT offers exactly what the Mexican operators and players want,” concluded Mrs. Popova. “A key strength of ours is the approach. We listen to our customers, instead of trying to change their opinion, and adapt our products and services to their needs. This is how our machines and games were successful from the very beginning. We also have the resources and the know-how to develop customized solutions for the market and some of them are already on their way to meet the local gaming audience.”
