In my case, I can state with all sincerity that without the support of Latamwin, I would not have achieved the triumphs that I obtained on behalf of our nation,” Carrera stated in this document. In the letter, Victor Carrera Silva called for reflection, urging to consider all the aspects of this bill: “Beyond betting and games, there are stories of improvement, of effort, of national representation that could be affected.  If companies like Latamwin are unable to operate in our country.”
