(Buenos Aires).- Nicolas Enjamio, General Director of Wildar Gaming, presents the complete set of services and technology for online gaming and sportsbooks, provided by the firm through the White Label concept.
“White label through which we provide all the technological and operational tools of online gaming and sportsbooks to small and médium-size operators who wish to introduce in the iGaming industry,” saidNicolás Enjamio.
“Basically, an existing platform is provided, and it is customized based on their needs. They are also provided of a gaming license, and all the operational tasks related to payment methods and customer support. It is a great solution because operators do not have the time or infrastructure to do it themselves,” he added.
The company also offers another service called “TurnKey”, a service which is customized to medium and big operators. The main difference lies in the fact that operators have their own gaming license and develop the operation a 100% by themselves.
Enjamio comments that joining an existing gaming platform such as BtoBet has great advantages, because it is a platform which in constant development and has years in the market. “If an operator decided to develop its own platform he would need huge resources to present a competitive model. In this case, the technical part is outsourced to an expert in Exchange of a percentage of its utility. If he wanted to develop it by himself, he would not have the variable cost but no doubt the investment cost would be much higher,” he affirmed.
Sabrina Solda, BtoBet Marketing Director, called it the Uberization of the gaming industry. BtoBet strategy is to add local partners for customer support in the different markets. It joined Wildar Gaming as its partner to implement its strategy for the Latin American region. After the recent impact generated for both companies at ICE show in London, it raised a new thought: “We detected that customers needed much more help. The promotion of events on the platforms is everyone’s need. Many of the new operators need support for players in Spanish and Portuguese and many other services offered by Wilder,” added its General Director.
Wildar prepared a set of services and technology for the customer needs. The complete set of the White Label offer comprises everything that a gaming operation needs: license, payment methods, sportsbooks and casino platform, sportsbooks data, casino gaming content, customer support, risk management, a wide proposal of marketing strategies and commercial management.
“Supporting customers with our experience and bringing them the chance to put part of its management in our structure brings them a dynamism to focus on the development of their companies and reduces its costs due to scale economy,” said Wildar Gaming General Director.
“Our offer is supported technologically by BtoBet and our experience in the industry. We integrate processes, but customization in each case is maintained, so each company may bring a unique proposal,” he concluded.
