What motivated Evoplay to support AffPapa Madrid 2026, and what were your main goals?
AffPapa events stand out to us because of their strong organisation, distinctive format, and valuable networking opportunities. We at Evoplay value how they create the kind of environment where people actually talk, exchange views, and leave with useful follow-ups.
Madrid showed how much the conference has grown. With more than a thousand attendees, it has clearly become a larger industry meeting point, while still keeping the networking quality that makes AffPapa different. That was one of the main reasons we supported this year’s edition as a sponsor. For Evoplay, it was a chance to be part of a growing event that gives the industry space where real opportunities can be born.
Market Trends and Smarter Partnerships
What trends or market demands stood out to the Evoplay team in Madrid?
Everyone talks about the trends shaping 2026, but to us, one thing was especially clear in Madrid: the market is moving from “more partnerships” to “smarter partnerships”.
This isn’t about what each company can offer on its own, but about what different market players can build together – game providers like Evoplay, aggregators, affiliates, operators, and other partners around the ecosystem. This is where we see a lot of potential. When these sides combine their strengths, they can create campaigns that are more relevant, engaging, and valuable for the player and the business.
Adapting Content Strategy
How is Evoplay tailoring its content to diverse player preferences?
Players don’t choose games in the same way everywhere, and our portfolio has to reflect that. One segment prefers familiar slot mechanics with a fresh visual approach, while another may look for faster, more dynamic formats like instant or crash-style games.
That is why we keep our selection broad. It gives partners more flexibility to match content with specific regions, audiences, and player habits. A good example is our football-themed content created around the World Cup. What are Evoplay’s priorities for the coming months?
One of our main priorities is to strengthen Evoplay’s position in the markets where we are already active and continue entering new ones. Our recent launch in Spain with Casino777.es is a good example of this direction, as it gives us a stronger presence in a competitive regulated market. Looking ahead, we plan to keep expanding in Europe, LatAm, and other regions through partnerships that bring Evoplay content to more operators and players.
Another key focus is the upcoming World Cup. It is the ultimate event for football fans, and we have expanded our top-performing Penalty Shoot-Out franchise with two titles created around this moment: Penalty Shoot Out: Cup Mania and Penalty Shoot Out: Super Spin. The latter has just been released as the first slot edition of the franchise and has already shown strong pre-release numbers, giving us another way to support operators with football-themed content during one of the biggest sports moments of the year.
