How was your experience at G2E this year?

The experience was very good. We are very happy to see how the industry is finally returning to normal. We were able to contact many of our clients and make new contacts.

How did you see the show and what was the highlight, in your opinion?

The event seemed very good to us, like previous years. There were many exhibitors and visitors, especially on the first day with stands and corridors full of visitors. The only notable difference was that there were no longer many gifts from the exhibitors and that surely has to do with a cut in their budgets. But, that did not affect at all the development of the fair and the success that it surely had.

How does the G2E event help or inspire you in terms of topics and trends for the organization of your next events?

The fair, like others we attend, gives us the opportunity to see our customers and meet new ones. At G2E and ICE we always see new companies and have the opportunity to talk to them. It also gives us the opportunity to see new trends and prepare our conferences with the most important topics to date. A new way of serving customers who were able to observe is one in which an exhibitor or brand admits visits to its stand, only from previously registered customers.

What are your plans in the short and medium term?

Our plan hasn't really changed since our first year. We have a commitment to our customers, exhibitors and operators, to present a safe and first class environment. Our goal from the first show was always to bring to Latin America the news of the industry, to the door, in such a way that the operators did not have to assume the expenses and processes that mean obtaining visas, passports, traveling to different countries, etc. just to see the new products and learn the new trends, when all that, you will find it in PGS. I think we have met that goal and each year we grew a little more presenting top speakers and high-level presentations with recognized professionals in our conferences. We have always tried to keep up with the most important topics of the moment and conduct talks with highly experienced professionals willing to share their knowledge.
