(London, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Marga Fernandez, Business Development Manager of Amigo Gaming, granted an interview to SoloAzar a few days after the company's debut at ICE London. Marga gave her opinion about the trade show, where the firm presented its classic and themed slots.

We finally met again in person at ICE London. How important is for the company to be present at this fair?
This ICE was very valuable for Amigo Gaming, it is the first time we have exhibited and although it was not the first event we participated in, it was where we had the greatest opportunity to demonstrate our team and our product. The Amigo Gaming team is made up of industry professionals united with the aim of offering a great slot gaming experience to players around the world.
What novelties were presented for this occasion? What did the firm exhibit at its stand and what was the highlight?
The truth is that the novelty was us! a young company eager to do things and do them very well. Introducing our classic and themed slots. Our passion is to create and offer online slot games.
After the last two years, due to the pandemic, we had to make changes and adapt both personally and professionally. How does the company face this "new normal" that we are experiencing?
We were born in the midst of a pandemic, therefore we have not had to make a great adaptation. Amigo Gaming has been with the "new normal" since the beginning.
Online games are becoming stronger every day around the world. What are the opportunities that arise, what are the benefits? Do you think that online gaming can be a competition for face-to-face gaming or a complement?
It is a big mistake to think that online and face-to-face gaming are competition. It hurts me to see that there are colleagues in the sector who still believe that online gambling harms face-to-face gambling. It should be seen as a plugin. The truth is that if the pandemic has had something "good" in this sector, it is that cooperation between both sectors is necessary. Landbased operators have had to adapt yes or yes to the new reality.
In what markets is the company already established and what are the markets it intends to enter in the near future?
At the moment our games are licensed in Montenegro and Serbia. Amigo's strategy is to certify the games in all those regulated countries, Spain, Colombia, Argentina, Malta, etc.
Brexit has been decisive for many companies when making the decision to participate or not in this edition of ICE London. How have you handled this issue? Was it an important issue when deciding to be present at this edition?
It has not affected us directly since what we moved to London did not generate tax problems for us, so Brexit on this occasion has not been a stopper.
