An architectural complex in Costa Rica will have 3 tropical European-style casinos

(Costa Rica).- It has already been started the construction of a touristic complex in the country, developed by Patti Rao Projects.
The touristic project will be located between Tortuguero project and the Caribbean Sea, and will be comprised by three five-star hotels with 264 deluxe rooms, 219 apartments and three giant casinos that will be the center of attraction of the resort, with a free French-style roulette simulator and other roulette games specially designed for European visitors.
According to information given by ruletaeuropea.org, the company specialized in roulettes and casinos, the mega construction in Costa Rica is already approved by Matina council and the corresponding licenses to the Costa Rican Tourism Institute, as well as the Ministry of Energy and Environment of the Caribbean country. The whole complex is planned for the beginning of 2027.
The architect that gives the name to the company, who lives in Canada, explained that Limon was selected as the place for the mega-project due to its touristic potential, which has not been developed yet, its natural charm and the interest of its partners to sponsor an eco-turistic project related to the characteristics that Tortuguero offers as a relax and fun destination. And now, with the new casinos with varied games and different entertainments, will also be a leisure and entertainment place.
The touristic project considers three five-star hotels with 264 rooms, three luxury casinos specialized for European guests and 219 rooms. The construction of two convention centers for cultural and artistic events are also planned, one of them for 60 people and the other for 150, a business center and recreational places, and an entertainment complex. It will also have a heliport, a seaport and access to the beach.
