The presentation of technical and economic offers for the operating licenses of two casinos concluded in Chile

(Chile).- The Superintendence of Gaming Casinos (SCJ) informed that the presentation of technical and economic offers concluded yesterday, within the process of granting operating permits for casinos that began in August 2021.
The Resolution Council of this body may authorize the operation of up to a maximum of two (2) gaming casinos, which correspond to the quotas that will be available on August 28 and 30, 2024, respectively, three projects were presented, of which 2 correspond to renovating operating companies and 1 to a company established for such purposes.

After the arrival of the participants at the premises of the Hotel Gran Palace, in the commune of Santiago, in the presence of the Notary Public Ms. Renata González, of the 23rd Notary of Santiago, in her capacity as Minister of Faith, and then After the registration of the attendees and the closing of the doors of the room at 10:00 a.m., the interested companies delivered their Technical Offers to the officials of the SCJ and the Economic Offer to the lawyer from the Cabinet of the Undersecretary of Tourism, Macarena Movillo Matta, delegated for such purposes by the Undersecretary of that portfolio in his capacity as Counselor of the Resolution Council of the SCJ.
Once the Economic Offer was received, stamped and signed by the legal representative of the requesting company, the representative of the Undersecretary of Tourism, in charge of its custody until the opening hearing of said offers, deposited it in an envelope with an inviolable seal in a box security of Banco Estado.
After receiving the applicant projects, the Technical Offer Evaluation stage begins, which will conclude within a maximum period of 120 days.
