(Malta).- Win Systems, the leading technology supplier for the gaming and entertainment industry, reached an important milestone by exceeding 300 casinos using its CMS Wigos. These figures reinforce Win Systems as one of the leading worldwide companies in casino management systems, with an exponential growth in recent years.

Win Systems reaches 300 casinos with its Wigos CMS

The company installed its CMS in 23 new casinos during November and December 2018 and finished the year with more than 50 new casinos and more than 80,000 player positions in total, with presence in 20 countries around the globe. In parallel, the company also achieved other important goals, such as its expansion across the United States, first installations in very strong markets such as Argentine or Philippines, and a relevant route project implemented in Jamaica.

Win Systems installed Wigos for the first time in February 2010, in a casino in Tapachula (Chiapas, Mexico). During the last 9 years, the supplier has been renowned for consistent and significant investment in development of new functions, allowing Wigos to offer one of the most complete and powerful CMS in the market, well-known for its power and reliability.

Based on the on-going projects portfolio, Win Systems expects in 2019 to surpass the 2018 installations and geographical expansion, while maintaining its strong R&D investment in developing new apps and functionalities for its CMS.

Eric Benchimol, CEO of Win Systems, said: “I’m extremely proud of having exceeded 300 casinos with our Wigos CMS. Firstly, because it shows our commitment to the highest organizational standards, dedication and professionalism of all our team members, from Operations, Customer Care, R&D, Sales and supporting departments.

Besides this, we’ve been able to enter with a significant presence in very competitive markets, such as the United States, Argentine or some Asian countries. Wigos has been chosen by several of the strongest operators in these markets as the best CMS solution, ahead of other available suppliers.

Last but not the least, I think it’s paramount to highlight that we’ve been able to achieve so many installations in new casinos without losing any of our current clients, which clearly shows the reliability of our system and our ability to deliver the best-in-class customer service. We’re ready and committed to achieve much more in 2019.”

Win Systems will be at Stand S7-150 at ICE Totally Gaming. To organize a meeting please send an email to marketing@winsysgroup.com or call +34 935 308 049.
